Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, limited releases, and pre-order production schedules.

Standard Processing Times

  • In-Stock Orders: Typically ship within 3–7 business days.

  • Pre-Orders & Limited Releases: Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly listed on each product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Shipping

Some POINTX collections are offered through pre-orders to maintain exclusivity while giving our loyal customers access to significant discounts — sometimes up to 40% below future retail pricing.

Estimated shipping windows are provided on every pre-order listing. While we strive to meet all timelines, delays related to manufacturing, customs, material sourcing, or carrier services may occasionally occur.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these estimated production and shipping timelines.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Free shipping promotions may be available during select releases or promotional events.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT or local taxes required by their country

POINTX Watches is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier services.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the carrier. POINTX Watches is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please verify all shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Failure to report shipping-related issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Limited Edition Policy

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless covered under our warranty or approved exchange process.

Returns

POINTX Watches does not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing preferences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic variations

  • Delays outside of our control

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in rare situations at the discretion of POINTX Watches.

Exchanges & Replacements

If a watch qualifies under our warranty policy or arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, POINTX Watches may:

  • Replace the item

  • Exchange it for another product of equal value

No cash refunds will be issued for warranty-related claims.

Return Conditions

Approved returns or exchanges must:

  • Be authorized by POINTX Watches before being shipped back

  • Include original packaging when possible

  • Not show signs of misuse, modification, or excessive damage

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale:

  • Limited edition releases

  • Pre-order items

  • Custom products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Worn or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

POINTX Watches is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist where possible.
