PointX Watches Limited Warranty
At POINTX, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every timepiece we create. Each watch is backed by a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
Movement malfunction or internal mechanical failure
Defects in watch hands, dial, or crown
Faulty clasp or buckle caused by manufacturing defects
Water resistance failure within the stated rating (when properly used)
Defects in materials or workmanship
If a covered issue is confirmed, POINTX will repair or replace the watch at our discretion. If the original model is unavailable, the watch may be exchanged for another POINTX timepiece of equal value.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear, including:
Scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic wear
Broken glass/crystal from impact
Water damage caused by misuse or exceeding the watch’s water resistance rating
Damage caused by drops, impacts, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
Normal wear to straps, bands, coatings, or batteries
Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, or improper storage
Loss or theft
Additional Terms
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party will void this warranty.
Limited edition numbering and cosmetic variations are part of the design and are not considered defects.
Warranty claims are eligible for repair, replacement, or exchange only. No refunds will be issued under this warranty policy.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, contact POINTX with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service.
